| Welcome to the Brazilian style Steakhouse and Salad Bar – best known as “Rodizio”. The famous “all you can eat” buffet is a marvellous display of at least 15 varieties of salads, vegetables and seafood, as well as a good selection of regional Brazilian hot dishes. The final showpiece is a mouth-watering parade of barbecues - 12 different cuts of chicken, turkey, lamb, beef, pork and vegetables, perfectly seasoned, grilled over open flames and served on skewers by the Brazilian cowboys, the “Gauchos”. (They won’t stop serving you until you say “basta”). A fine dining experience with South American flair.
