| Champor~Champor is a Malay expression, which may be loosely translated as 'mix and match’ – a theme that extends to all aspects of this tiny restaurant with a big heart. Located just a stone’s throw from London Bridge station, Champor~Champor offers an unsurpassed combination of top class cuisine, an offbeat, whacky ambience and friendly, attentive service. The restaurant won the overall top position for restaurants in its price class in the Harden’s Guide to London Restaurants, 2003 and Chef Adu Amran Hassan’s brilliant creative Malay-Asian fusion cooking has won numerous accolades.

|
| The food and its presentation reflects a mix of Asian cuisines grafted onto distinctly Malay roots, while the decor, the music, the artwork, the artefacts and table settings are a true Champor-Champor compilation. Cozy, yet chic, with a hint of a bohemian flavour, Champor-Champor is an urban version of the restaurant-bar first created by the two partners in Langkawa, Malaysia in 1994. |
| | Tribal artefacts and Buddha statues rub shoulders with cutting edge modern art and bizarre flower arrangements. Every table is different; every dish is presented in its own way on exotic tableware. In the evenings a warm glow is cast over the small but beautiful restaurant by dozens of candles and floating oil lamps. It is a unique dining experience. |

| The essence of good Asian cooking revolves around the appropriate use of aromatic spices. The skill lies in the subtle blending of a variety of spices to enhance rather than overwhelm the basic flavour of any particular dish. |
