| When it opened in 1996, Chapter One’s goal was simple – to provide excellent food, excellent service and outstanding value for money in distinctly stylish, comfortable and relaxing surroundings. Chapter One has gained a number of accolades, including 3 AA rosettes and a well-earned Michelin Star - this is the ultimate culinary accolade that all restaurants strive for but few achieve, evidenced by the fact that there are only 113 restaurants in the whole of the country to hold a Michelin Star. |
