| Infuzion is a 36 cover restaurant with an open kitchen in which you can watch Leiths trained extrovert chef/owner, Marcus Ebelthite at work.
The focus here is most definitely on the food, which is provided in both quantity and quality. The warm decor and relaxed environment are conducive to enjoyment of your food and company, whilst co-owner, Daniel is on hand to ensure that you are made to feel welcome and well informed on the more unusual dishes. Al fresco dining is available in the summer months.

| | This is a place to take your time and wash down the food with some good wine. Pace yourself through your dinner so that you have room to enjoy one of Marcus’ speciality sweets. If you are unsure of the unusual combinations, Marcus and Daniel are always keen for you to sample before you choose.
The menu remains small but exciting and changes regularly, and Marcus is happy to create or tailor new menus for parties and special functions on request.
