| After gaining extra space and a restaurant, doubling the size of the garden area, The Shaftesbury Arms still retains that traditional charm and warmth you would expect from your local pub. In contrast the restaurant area has been featured on The Pub Channel as one of the best examples of an open plan dining area in the London area. The traditional style menu is reasonably priced with dishes such as steak & kidney pie, cod & chips, lasagnes, chillis etc. at less than £5 together with a selection of fresh paninis, club sandwiches and light bites. All day breakfasts are also available with three options - Continental £3.50, English £3.50 and Breakfast Special £6.50. On Sundays there is a choice of 4 traditional roasts plus vegetarian options at £6. |
